Once again, Horizon: Zero Dawn has been delayed by a few days for the UK PlayStation players.
The UK PlayStation Store states the release date of the game being March 3rd, 2017. This was the original date of release before Sony said it was changing it by a few days, to March 1st, 2017. That was back in December. This date seems true for the digital version, with a physical release date for the UK and Australia for March 1st.
This has not affected the rest of the world. Release times are still the same everywhere else: February 28th, 2017 is still listed in the U.S. PlayStation Store. PlayStation could have just had some sort of mishap, and mixed up the dates.
Horizon: Zero Dawn was supposed to be released back in 2016, but didn’t make the cut. Sony announced the delay of the game to 2017, and Guerilla Games stated during that time the delay would give them “the extra time required to deliver fully on our ambitious vision for Horizon: Zero Dawn.”
Hopefully this delay delivers a great game and from what was seen at E3 last year, it will not disappoint. Now if only a release date for the UK could make some sense.….
