The Xbox One has had a rough start, from anti-consumer policies driving its player base away, to it being weaker than the PS4, it just seems Xbox One cant win. All of that looked to be changing when Microsoft announced Project Scorpio, A much more Power Xbox One. So powerful it is stronger than Sony’s PS4 Pro.

Microsoft outlined the features of its new creation, 6 teraflops of power, 8 CPU cores, 320 GB/s memory bandwidth, and the ability to do 4K gaming. Microsoft also announced that Project Scorpio would support high-fidelity virtual reality. That feature seems to have been suddenly removed from the features section of Microsoft’s Project Scorpio Webpage

A NeoGaf user pointed out the feature was removed from the website and no one has seemed to notice, with Microsoft themselves not making any official comments on the situation, it could just be a  mistake was made while updating the site and it will be remedied soon. That or Microsoft has something pretty major to tell us. I really hope this doesn’t just get ignored and forgotten, I would really like to know whats going on with Project Scorpio.

What do you think is going one with the removal of the VR support feature being listed?
