Gueril­la Games had a rather large update they added to Hori­zon Zero Dawn, which changed a few things, a fixed a lot of dif­fer­ent bugs. 

Along with Patch 1.10, they real­ized play­ers were buy­ing out­fits and weapons they already owned, which they did fix in Patch 1.11. That fix was the only change that was made in Patch 1.11., which was updat­ed today.

Gueril­la also let play­ers they could encounter some issues since the lat­est update. They stat­ed:

If you encounter an issue while play­ing Hori­zon Zero Dawn, please try reload­ing a recent man­u­al save, quick­save or autosave from the “Load” menu option. If the issue per­sists, please take screen­shots of the area where it occurred and your loca­tion on the map, and for­ward them to us for fur­ther inves­ti­ga­tion.
